“CSSS03” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
The “CSSS03” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States federal law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have primary residence in the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Quijano Partners Company LLC, 302 S Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720 (the “Sponsor”). Sponsor intends to use ViralSweep technology to collect, track, manage, and randomly select eligible Sweepstakes entries.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, except residents of the states of New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 18, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s designated electronic records shall be the official time-keeping records for online entries. Two (2) methods of entry are as follows:
1. Online Purchase – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a digital purchase of the Fast Pass PDF through the Sponsor’s online shop at https://quijano-partners-co.myshopify.com/products/35-entry-fast-pass (the “Website”) will automatically receive a total one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries for each eligible thirty-five-dollar ($35.00) Fast Pass purchased. Each eligible purchase of one (1) $35 Fast Pass will receive a total one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries. Entrants may make multiple eligible purchases during the Sweepstakes Period, and there is no overall limit on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries an Entrant may obtain through the purchase method, subject to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s fraud-prevention procedures, and applicable law.
Following an eligible Fast Pass purchase, Entrants may elect to purchase optional Boost products offered by Sponsor. Current Boost levels are: 10X Boost for $30.00, providing a total 1,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; 30X Boost for $60.00, providing a total 3,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; 60X Boost for $90.00, providing a total 6,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; and 100X Boost for $120.00, providing a total 10,000 additional Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor may make one or more Boost levels available through the Website and/or Sponsor’s social media pages. Timing, availability, and entry amounts for any temporary promotional multiplier or bonus-entry offer will be designated by Sponsor and reflected on the Website and/or Sponsor’s official social media pages.
NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN, CHARGE BACK, REVERSE, OR OTHERWISE INVALIDATE THE PURCHASE AFTER ENTRIES ARE ISSUED. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR REASONABLY SUSPECTS THAT AN ENTRANT IS ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, THE ASSOCIATED ENTRIES MAY BE VOIDED AND THE ENTRANT MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.
To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.
2. Via Online Form/Mail – No Purchase Necessary – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may obtain Sweepstakes entries without making a purchase by visiting https://quijano-partners-co.myshopify.com/pages/sweepstakes-entry-form and completing the online registration form. Once the registration form is completed, a unique code will be generated for the Entrant. Entrants can then obtain Sweepstakes entries by legibly hand-printing, on a 3” x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and unique code received from completing the online registration form, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Quijano Partners Company LLC CSSS03 Giveaway, 302 S Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 18, 2026, and received by December 23, 2026. Each compliant mail-in entry received in accordance with these Official Rules will receive one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries. Entrants may submit an unlimited number of mail-in entries during the Sweepstakes Period, provided each entry is separately completed and individually mailed in accordance with these Official Rules. There is no overall limit on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries an Entrant may obtain through the Alternative Method of Entry during the Sweepstakes Period, provided all applicable requirements of these Official Rules are satisfied.
Each qualifying mail-in entry may also designate one (1) available Bonus Boost level by clearly writing 10X, 30X, 60X, or 100X on the back of the envelope. A 10X Boost provides 1,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; a 30X Boost provides 3,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; a 60X Boost provides 6,000 additional Sweepstakes entries; and a 100X Boost provides 10,000 additional Sweepstakes entries. To obtain additional Bonus Boost entries, the Entrant must submit an additional separately completed and individually mailed qualifying entry. The claimed Boost must correspond to a valid Boost level or promotion available under these Official Rules for the applicable entry period. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Boost that is inaccurate or not valid for the applicable postmark date, the applicable Boost claim and/or entry may be deemed invalid or disqualified as determined by Sponsor or Administrator and as permitted by applicable law.
Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator or Sponsor). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. If you are unable to physically complete the 3” x 5” card, you can have someone complete the card on your behalf with your information as the Entrant. No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to the Sweepstakes Period and be received within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes Period’s deadline. In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked on the following business day.
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://quijano-partners-co.myshopify.com/pages/privacy-policy . By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned because of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may disqualify persons who tamper with the entry process and may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, and award the Grand Prize from eligible non-suspect entries in a manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims or causes of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize, including technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, printing or administration errors, processing errors, and injury, death, or property damage caused directly or indirectly by participation or receipt or use of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing herein limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Released Parties are not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, communications failures, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or technical malfunctions that prevent receipt of an entry. For New Jersey residents, nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries using ViralSweep’s random winner-selection system under the supervision of Sponsor. The Prize drawing will be conducted on or about December 28, 2026, after timely mail-in entries have been received and processed. Sponsor may livestream the drawing for transparency. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Winner will be contacted by Sponsor or Administrator via phone, email, and/or USPS mail and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt.
PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize. Upon confirmation of eligibility, the Winner will receive their choice of either a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado SS, VIN 2GCEK19N931333455, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $26,900, OR a $20,000 cash/check prize. Maximum Grand Prize ARV is $26,900. If the Winner selects the cash option, the Winner will receive $20,000 and will not receive the difference between the cash amount and the vehicle ARV.
The vehicle will be delivered AS IS. Any upgrades or options are at the Winner’s expense. The Winner choosing the vehicle is responsible for title, license, insurance, registration fees, applicable taxes, travel and transportation costs, emissions or inspection compliance, and all other expenses not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor. The Winner may be required to provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance before taking delivery. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the vehicle’s quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. No substitution or transfer of the Prize will be permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: The potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release and any other required prize documents within seven (7) days after such documents are provided. The Winner may also be required to complete IRS Form W-9. The Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize, and the value of the accepted Prize may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099 as required by law. If the potential Winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, cannot be reached, fails to return required documents within the specified period, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.
By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to use the Winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration and without review, approval or notification, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not providing accounting, tax or legal advice to Entrants or the Winner.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating, Entrant agrees that: (i) disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Georgia; (iii) claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law; (iv) Entrant waives rights to seek punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, or multiplied damages to the extent such waiver is permitted by law; and (v) Entrant’s remedies shall be limited as permitted by applicable law.
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede prior and contemporaneous representations and understandings concerning the Sweepstakes. Headings are for convenience only. No waiver of any provision shall constitute a waiver of any other provision. These Official Rules shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrants, subject to applicable law.
WINNERS LIST REQUEST: To request confirmation of the first name, last initial, city, and state of residence of the Winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope by December 3, 2026, to: Quijano Partners Company LLC, CSSS03 Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 302 S Thornton Ave, Dalton, GA 30720. If a third-party Administrator is formally retained and designated to handle winner-list requests, the final attorney-approved rules may substitute the Administrator’s designated address.
Manufacturer or distributor of the Prize offered is not a Sponsor or Entrant in this Sweepstakes and no association or endorsement is implied.
